Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Social-Fame collects, why, who sees it, and what your rights are. The short version: we collect the minimum needed to deliver your order, we never sell your data, and we never touch your passwords.
Information we collect
- Order details — the platform, package, the public post/profile link(s) you submit, and any custom text (e.g. comment content) you provide.
- Contact details — the email address you enter at checkout or to sign in (we send a one-time magic link to that address; we never store a password), and any message you send us.
- Payment information — handled directly by our payment provider; we never see or store your card number.
Why we use it (legal basis)
We process this data to perform the contract you enter when ordering (delivering your order, processing payment, sending order updates) and, where required, to meet legal obligations such as accounting. We never sell or rent your data, and we don't use it for advertising.
We never ask for passwords
Social-Fame does not request, store, or use your social-media passwords. Your profile only needs to be public for delivery.
Who sees your data
- Revolut processes your payment (they see your card and billing details; we don't).
- Cloudflare hosts this website.
- Delivery networks that carry out promotion receive only the public link and the quantity ordered — never your name, email or payment details.
Each provider processes data only as needed to perform its role.
Data retention
Order and payment records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires, then deleted. Support conversations are deleted once resolved and no longer needed. We do not keep data "just in case".
Your rights (GDPR)
You can ask us at any time to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, or to object to or restrict its processing. Email contact@social-fame.com and we'll act on it promptly. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
Cookies and local storage
Your cart is stored in your own browser's local storage — it never leaves your device until you check out. With your consent, we use the Meta Pixel to measure our ads and Google Analytics to measure site traffic. Both stay off until you click Accept on the cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time from the Cookies link in the footer.
We also keep our own visit statistics: the pages you open, the buttons and links you click, when you leave, the site that sent you, your country and your device type. They use a random visit number kept only for the current browser tab, no cookies and no IP address, nothing you type into a form, and they are never shared. We delete them after 30 days. Choosing Refuse on the cookie banner switches them off.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS end to end, payments are handled by a PCI-DSS-compliant payment provider, and order data is accessible only to the people who need it to run the service.
Children
Social-Fame is intended for adults (18+, or the age of majority where you live). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a minor has provided us data, email us and we'll delete it.
