Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Social-Fame collects, why, who sees it, and what your rights are. The short version: we collect the minimum needed to deliver your order, we never sell your data, and we never touch your passwords.
Information we collect
- Order details — the platform, package, the public post/profile link(s) you submit, and any custom text (e.g. comment content) you provide.
- Contact details — the email address you enter at checkout and any message you send us.
- Payment information — handled directly by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
Why we use it (legal basis)
We process this data to perform the contract you enter when ordering (delivering your order, processing payment, sending order updates) and, where required, to meet legal obligations such as accounting. We never sell or rent your data, and we don't use it for advertising.
We never ask for passwords
Social-Fame does not request, store, or use your social-media passwords. Your profile only needs to be public for delivery.
Who sees your data
- Stripe processes your payment (they see your card and billing details; we don't).
- Cloudflare hosts this website.
- Delivery networks that carry out promotion receive only the public link and the quantity ordered — never your name, email or payment details.
Each provider processes data only as needed to perform its role.
Data retention
Order and payment records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires, then deleted. Support conversations are deleted once resolved and no longer needed. We do not keep data "just in case".
Your rights (GDPR)
You can ask us at any time to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, or to object to or restrict its processing. Email [email protected] and we'll act on it promptly. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
Cookies and local storage
Your cart is stored in your own browser's local storage — it never leaves your device until you check out. We run no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics cookies.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS end to end, payments are handled by Stripe's PCI-DSS-certified infrastructure, and order data is accessible only to the people who need it to run the service.
